WHO ARE WE AT SPRNG?

THE SPRNG METHOD.

From the first time Jessica & Sara put on the jump boots, they knew this is exactly what they wanted to do. It started as a hobby, but slowly became a passion. Before you knew it, they started a studio. This is the most fun either of them had working out and they wanted to share this with more people across the country, as the results could have a profound affect on the fitness world. After they fell in love with jump, they wanted to provide a method that included a full body burn that fit into people’s schedules and allowed them to enjoy working out, whether it’s in a studio or the comfort of their own home. This is how the digital studio was developed.

Aside from loving the workouts, Jess and Sara wanted to provide an environment that doesn’t alienate anyone who wants to try. It’s a workout where everyone feels silly at first and we’ve all been there. By providing a positive environment, where every size or fitness level feels included is the ultimate goal. That’s SPRNGs ultimate mission - to make everyone feel welcome. every class. every time.
