MEET: JESSICA DiGIOIA

All hail our motivational SPRNG queen, Jessica! It is safe to say, after spending any amount of time with Jess, you will walk away feeling you can accomplish anything. Do you want to learn a foreign language? Easy! Are you looking to do the splits? Absolutely possible. Do you want to fly to the moon? Get that spacesuit ready! Her positivity is contagious and makes her the ideal fitness instructor.

Working out is a form of self-care for Jessica. Growing up as a competitive gymnast and an elite cheerleader, she not only learned discipline and skills but how to appreciate her body. That appreciation grew exponentially after having her two babies. Being a busy mom of two, she quickly realized that to be the best wife, mother, sister, friend, etc. she needed to be her best self. She struggled finding a workout that kept her challenged, burned calories, was fun and something she was able to do at home. Once she slipped on a pair of jump boots, that all changed and the rest is her-story. Meet SPRNG’s co-founder, instructor and motivational extraordinaire, Jessica.

 

How do you want the SPRNG community to feel after taking one of your classes?

Our members are the backbone of SPRNG. I want them to feel unstoppable and know they are capable of achieving anything and I will be by their side every step of the way.

What does studio SPRNG mean to you?

SPRNG has changed my life. I am so grateful to have the opportunity to share this workout experience with others. My greatest hope is that you walk away from a SPRNG workout feeling stronger, sweatier and ready to take on the world.

What’s your WHY?

My family, friends and babies. Taking care of yourself should not be the last thing on your to-do list but the first. I struggle with this everyday but I am so thankful after each one of my workouts. The saying holds true, you never regret a workout.

What SPRNG classes do you teach?

All of them, of course!

When you aren’t instructing, where can we find you?

I love spending time with my family, being by water, party planning, listening to podcasts and creating new SPRNG routines.

Favorite SPRNG class?

SPRNGmax. The best workout ever!

Go-to SPRNG move?

Tae Bo knees, pump-ups and 4 moving high knees.

Dream SPRNG pop-up location?

Miami, FL would be pretty amazing.

If you could workout with anyone, who would it be?

Anyone from Dancing with the Stars. Sebastian & Lana Maniscalco.
