Jump FAQs

+ Can jump boots be used by anyone?

Short answer: yes. The boots are suited for all ages and all fitness levels. Before beginning any new workout program, it’s best to consult your doctor to ensure it’s safe for your body and any prior injuries. Before purchasing your boots, you’ll want to review the size guide to ensure you’re selecting the size that works best for your body type.

The boots are very easy to get accustomed to & it only takes a few minutes. Be sure to take our SPRNG 01 class to get a good feeling for how to stand, jump, squat, and move in the boots prior to trying a class. + What do I do if my jump boot breaks?

Jump boots are extremely sturdy, but if you jump hard enough - there is a chance they break. That’s okay. Typically, it’s the elastic band that snaps from usage (nice work!) and you’re unable to jump. You’re in luck, because the band is extremely easy to fix. + Can I use my jump boots outside?

Of course! Stable ground such as a garage or driveway are great for jumping. The one element you shouldn't expose your boots to is water, so as long as you have a dry spot to jump - go for it!

+ How high can I jump in the boots?

The height of your jumps depends mainly on the strength of the tension on your jump boots and the force you put into your jump. Please keep in mind that the boots are not designed to jump high, but rather for jogging, aerobic exercise, cross training or dancing.

+ What if the boots rub/hurt my ankles?

This can be common when you first start to jump. Make sure you're wearing high socks that create a barrier between the boot and your leg. The thicker the sock, the less chance you have of it causing friction and ultimately pain. In addition, you could loosen the straps of the boots. This will reduce the pain, but make sure they're still tight enough so you feel supported.
