FIRST TIME JUMPING WITH SPRNG?
First things first. No, you’re not going to fall over in the jump boots. Everyone has to start somewhere & SPRNG is a community of people more interested in having fun than anything else. This is a group of people who want to lose fat & inches, but dislike traditional cardio. If that seems like you, you’re in the right spot. We promise to make you feel supported from start to finish.
This workout routine is designed to be low impact on your joints, which makes it the perfect workout for any age level. Utilizing the jump shoes, you can burn up to 20 calories per minute as long as you keep moving.
The jump shoes are the leading brand for safe mobile rebound exercise. The SPRNG system in each of the jump boots is designed to absorb the impact of the activity which limits the impact on your joints. Although intimidating, the flat sole will allow you to feel stable throughout the class.
Each routine has a short intro where you’ll learn the moves, but don’t be intimidated - you’ll get the hang of it. If you can’t do the moves, just keep jumping. As long as you continue jumping, you can burn 20 calories a minute - which makes everything worth it. Towards the end, we’ll do some squats and arm exercises to ensure we target all muscle groups for this full-body workout.

SPRNGs jump class is a rebound exercise in jump boots designed to reduce the impact to your joints and promote stability. Everyone THINKS they’re going to fall, but they don’t. The jump boots actually reduce the risk of injury based on the low impact absorption of the boots. Each of the high intensity classes promote core strength & balance, increased endurance and metabolism. It’s fun for clients of any fitness level, which we cater to in our leveled classes. On average, you burn up to 20 calories per minute in each of the various class levels - as long as you keep jumping. If you find yourself unable to do some of the moves, THAT’S OKAY. Just jump. We plan to provide you fast and stable results & make you feel better than ever.
A FEW THINGS TO KNOW FOR YOUR FIRST CLASS.
If you’re taking your first SPRNG class, then there are few tips and tricks to enjoy your first time:
Wear high cotton socks so the boots don’t irritate your legs.
Drink plenty of water. Hydration is key to a good workout.
Wear supportive clothing, as you will be jumping the whole class.
